The Astronomical Clock (Pražský orloj), which dates from the 15th century, is built into the front side of the Old Town Hall Tower at the  Old Town Square . To see the clocks intricate construction in motion, join the crowd in front of the tower and watch the Procession of the Twelve Apostles. The spectacle takes place on the hour every hour, from 9am to 11pm: a trap door opens to reveal Christ marching out followed by his disciples, and a skeleton of death tolls a bell to a statue of a defiant Turk.
